Go to Products page
Find the products page on the side menu, or click here.
Click the “+” Button
Fill in the Product Name in English and Arabic
Type the name of your product.
Example: Cheeseburger
Example: برجر بالجبنة
Write Descriptions (Optional)
Describe your product in both English and Arabic.
Examples:
English: "Juicy beef burger with cheddar cheese and fresh veggies."
Arabic: "برجر لحم بقري طري مع جبنة شيدر وخضروات طازجة."
Choose a Product Category
Select the category (e.g., Breakfast Dishes, Burgers, Drinks, etc.).
Don't have product categories? Click here to learn how to add one.
Select VAT Group
Choose the VAT group (e.g., 15%, 10%, 0%).
⚠️ This applies only if your restaurant is VAT-registered.
Set the Price (Before VAT)
Enter the product price excluding VAT. The system will calculate VAT automatically.
Set Product Status
Active: The product appears in the Point of Sale (POS).
Inactive: The product is hidden from POS.
Is Modifier?
Modifiers are optional add-ons (e.g., extra cheese, sauces).
If this product is a modifier, enable the "Is Modifier" toggle.
If not, assign one or more modifier groups to it (e.g., Add-ons group). You can also leave it without modifiers.

Does the Product Have Sizes or Variants?
If your item comes in sizes like Small/Medium/Large, enable the "Has Variants/Sizes" toggle.
If you enable this toggle, you will have to add the prices of each variant / size separately. You can learn more by clicking here.
Add a Barcode (Optional)
If you use barcode scanning at POS, add the barcode for quick item entry.
Set Availability and Branch Pricing
Choose which branches will sell this product.
Set a different price per branch, if needed.
⚠️ If the product has variants, this step will be done per variant later.
Add a Product Image (Optional)
Upload a clear photo to help staff or customers identify the product.
Save your Product
Double-check all details before saving.
You can always edit the product later.
14. Create a Menu Group
Menu groups help you organize your menu in the point of sale device
Go to the menus page
Click on the menu that you created earlier
Click on Add Menu Group
Fill in your menu group's details and click save
Click on the arrow to see the menu group's details.
Then, click add products.
Add the product you created earlier
Great job. You have successfully added a menu, a menu's group and assigned your product to a menu group.
Now you can view your added product on the Point of Sale Device.
